Trial EM 09-10 august

Sign up  for Trial EM in Surte starts on the 8th of august, while the depot opens on the 7th of august at 3PM.

There will be an information center at our Race Office, as well as access to electricity within the depot. Food will be served at the competition area, and you will have access to bathrooms and showers.

There will be a competition for 2 days in Sweden. Saturday 9/8 a race for all classes and a race on Sunday 10/8 for all classes

Information to participants ahead

of EC Trial 2025 in Ale

Ale Trialklubb welcomes you all and would like to provide you with some information ahead of your visit.

Route to Paddock

To ensure smooth traffic flow to the paddock, please follow the route shown in red on the attached Paddock access map. Also note that, on Thursday, we have arranged to have the direction of one-way road changed to help manage arrivals. Arrivals on Friday or later should instead use the route marked in orange.

Is my entry received?

We have received some questions regarding whether driver entries have been received or not, for this reason we have attached a preliminary entry list valid as of 2025-07-31.

We have been in contact with FIM officials to have entries with status WAITING be approved.

As late entry is possible up until 4 days prior to the event, we will confirm and reach out specifically to any riders where status is not APPROVED at that time.

Refundable deposit for rider and minder bibs

To ensure that no bibs are lost, each rider will be required to provide a €XX deposit during Administrative Control on Friday. This deposit is refunded in full when the bibs are returned.

We kindly ask you, if possible, to bring a €20 bill such that we can limit the need to handle and exchange different denominations of cash.

Food and drinks

The cafeteria in Paddock 1 will be open Friday to Sunday. For food and drink needs outside opening hours of the cafeteria, please refer to the attached Local services map which will also be posted on the Notice Board.

Paddock facilities

Toilets, Showers, Drinking water taps, Electricity and waste bins are provided in one or both paddocks.

Map showing paddock facilities will be available on the Notice Board.

We have the benefit of Paddock 2 being in the parking for the swimming area at Surtesjön. You are welcome to go swimming but we want to be clear that no washing of motorcycles, dumping of waste or emptying of wastewater may be done in the lake, ponds or streams.

Spectator parking and access

Due to limited parking space in the paddocks, spectator parking is provided at the facilities of Surte Åkeri during Saturday and Sunday, this area is marked in the Paddock Access Map.

A shuttle bus is provided during the event on Saturday and Sunday from the spectator parking up to Paddock 1.
